▪ Understand the basics of the original Michigan Auto No-Fault Insurance Law. ▪ Recognize the no-fault reforms (SB 01 and HB 4397) and how the reforms will change the care and treatment available to auto accident victims. ▪ Identify the new utilization review rules and how they will apply to auto no-fault medical claims
